I've been using Michiel's services for a year now to promote clients sites.
There are three things that are important to me, the way I can interact with Michiel, the results and what happens when things go wrong. I'm deliberate in using Michel's name rather than the company name because he provides a very personal and responsive service rather than the impersonal way that other services deal with you.
The results are important and have been excellent with a high acceptance rate. I got one of my client sites to PR5/15000 visitors per month from a standing start in 7 months. Certainly our link-building and article submissions were important in this.
