SEMI-AUTOMATED Directory Submissions
For this we use a program: digiXmas, it's well maintained program, but just as all semi-automated programs it can only submit to a limited type of directory sites. In other words; the program can't submit to the very best directory sites and so most of the directory sites are lower value directory sites.
Of course it is much faster, so it's much cheaper as well. I suggest this for site that don't have any PR yet, as the results from manual directory submissions for PR not/available or PR unranked sites can be rather disappointing.
The list is sorted by PR and of course we start with the highest PR.

After the submissions are done, the directory owners need to review your submission before the link goes live, this can take up to 2-3-4 months, which is a good thing.
Because it means that the flow of new links will spread; sudden peaks and drops in your links can actually harm your rankings. So, because links from directory submissions will come in over a longer period of time, there's no risk of penalties.
