Before we start, let me point out 2 things;
1) There are many ways to get links, articles submissions is just 1 of them. No matter how hard we try to get you the very best result possible from this formula, no matter how many packages you order, you’ll still need other kind of links as well.
2) I'm aware that article submissions have a rather bad reputation, because too many people give it a try, fail and then blame it on the concept, while of course it's the way they did it that caused the failure.
It took 1 person 3 months (part-time) to check all the SEO-details of more then 1.750 articles directories to make sure that we submit only to those that are actually worth it.
We only do 150 submissions, because the other 1.600 article directories are not worth it !!
First as short as possible;
- 1 article for your site -> $50
- 5 unique rewrites for the submissions -> $50
- (In other words; this way you pay only $20 per article)
- 5 x 30 = 150 submissions -> $120
- 25 Social bookmarks + VOTES -> $30
TOTAL -> $250
In other words : $50 per article rewrite package ; 30 article submissions and 10 social bookmarks for each rewrite.

Each month we submit 1 of the rewrites to 30 article directories, and 10 of them also get social bookmarks.
For each rewrite you can use a variation of the anchor text (=keywords/keyphrase) and different URL's.
Of course if you ask us to write an article about Madrid to promote a hotel, then we can use "Madrid hotel", "hotels in Madrid", "accommodation in Madrid" etc, but not "hotels in Barcelona".

Ok. Now the long explanation ...
- Content writing; we write a page specific for your web site, it’s not an article; it’s a high value content page (700 words). We spend a lot of time for the research and all the work is done by a professional native English writer. It is important to add new content to your site frequently to keep google happy and the more high value articles you have, the more trust you get from your visitors as being an important source for your market … to become an authority in your field of expertise.
- 5 articles; based on the content page we write 5 totally unique articles with different phrasing; child goes to store -> kids walks to shop. This way there are only 30 copies of each, instead of 150. (We have to do a lot of additional preparations for each article to be able to submit them, if we would make even more variations, the extra work of the preparations would become way too expensive)
- These 5 articles we’re going to submit to the articles directories. We researched more then 1.750 article directories by now and we only kept 150 of them (5x30). One of the reasons why articles submissions don’t have that good of a reputation; there just not that much article directories that are worth it. But 150 of them are good and we use only those.
- NOTE; we use our own accounts; meaning; in the profile there’s my name and the links go to my site. But we do that for a very good reason; because we submit articles daily we have very strong profiles, your article gets connected to it and so also get more value. Of course if you want your own profiles anyway, that’s possible, but then you need to get at least 40 articles of your own to get a profile that’s strong enough to get noticed and make the whole process of article submissions work for you. (an other reason why so many people complain about article subs, 1 articles will get lost into the huge amount of articles they get daily, while attached to our accounts, they do count) In other words, as long you order no more then 1 article per month, you get better results having it attached to our account. If you would order 1 article per week, then it’s surely worth getting your own accounts with the extra profile pages.
- Then our special trick; social bookmarks! We’ll submit 20 of the articles to 20 different social bookmark sites and which is more; we have extra accounts to give them some votes as well. The link love 1 single article gets from it is not that much, but it makes a huge difference for the value of that article within the directory compared to other articles (which don’t have any links) and so they do get more link love from the article directory itself, well, that’s what we see google do. We do these social bookmarks random; meaning that we vary the directories that get an extra link. So after 7,5 articles, all directories will have an article with an extra link, which passes on value to the other articles as well.
- Then; social bookmarks do get traffic, some of them will go on to your site, but 2what’s more 1) the more your article get viewed, the better placement you get within the directory 2) the more people get to read the article, the more change you get to have your article syndicated and so pick up those extra links.
What to expect from it?
- Well, first of all you get the extra content page, we all know how important it is to add new content, we also know it doesn’t always happen. This way, you’ll get at least 1 extra content page and we guarantee you high quality! Just adding the content page will already boost your rankings.
- The article directories review rather fast; most will be online the first month. It’s a lot more work for us, as there are much more fields to fill in, especially because they have so many variations, we need to prepare 5 different sets for each article to be able to fill it in correctly according all the different rules and settings of each directory, especially with the html codes for the links etc. The good news is that the approval ratio is very high, up to 90%. (1of the reasons why we keep 120, that way you should get a 100 articles indexed for sure)
- Of course the main advantage of article submissions is the fact that you get 2-3 links from your own page -> read 100% related page. Assuming that at least 100 articles will show results, you can expect about 250 links from 1 campaign.
- The main disadvantage of article submissions is the fact that the average PR on those pages is rather low, if they even get indexed by google. But that’s of course why we’ve been doing so much research; the whole formula is put into balance to make sure the article pages do get PR !!
- First of all the list we use; only the directories that have a good average of articles with PR2-3-4 (not the homepage, the actual article page!).
- The 5 articles; it's in fact like 5 different campaigns, we can as well use different anchor texts as URL's to link to for each of the 5 articles.
- The fact that we already have a strong profiles with good PR linking to your article.
- And then the secret ingredient; Social Bookmarks !!
- They do give you some PR, although not that much. But we’ve noticed that having at least 1 link pointing to the article can be enough to get PR from the articles directory itself, while google tend to ignore articles without any links. This is the element that makes this whole package 'magic'.
- Traffic! Those social bookmarks do bring direct visitors to your articles; some will follow the links to your site, but what we’re really after are 2 things; 1) the article directories count the views, the more people reading your article the better links you get within the article directory 2) the more people get to see the article the better chance you have to get extra natural links.
- Then there are the extra links to gain from people syndicating your article and so linking to your site or (a trend we see more and more) people who only copy/paste the introduction and then refer to the full article itself (so not directly to your site), but of course, the article then links to your site. You can consider it as a possible bonus, because the whole package itself is already working for you. Of course the more extra links you get the better, but there’s no way we can make any predictions on that, as it depends so much on the topic.
Something I kept always in the back of my mind is to come up with a package that works (of course), but still affordable enough for you to do it frequently.
